That pledge was fulfilled by a model wearing a gold hi-top trainer on one foot and a lace-up hiking boot on the other; by layered ponytailed hair extensions under a Louise Brooks bobbed wig in a contrasting colour; by dresses worn in two dimensions, draped over the front of a jacket like a bib.
